Subject: African Dope Duo Fail To Stop Windies Getting Krushed And Sorted By Proteas

A career-best spell from Ryan McLaren bowled South Africa to a 13-run victory in the first of two Twenty20 Internationals against the West Indies on Wednesday.

This despite the best efforts of the legendary Cape Town indie music duo, Fletcher and Roach, whose combined efforts were not sufficient to stop the Proteas grabbing a victory in the first of the Twenty20 internationals against the Caribbean criketers. Windies Wicketkeeper Fletcher was responsible for 4 dismissals, and bowler Roach took two wickets.

The African Dope duo then combined to get rid of the dangerous Proteas player Johan Botha - the scorecard reads:

J Botha - Caught Fletcher Bowled Roach - 0

NEW Mix n Blend EP

image

African Dope’s latest offering “Mix n Blend - Look Mom No Hands Remixes Volume 1” is available in the Dope Shop and online stores as of right now.

It’s a 4 track EP of collaborations with the bee’s knees of the South African electronic scene coming together to produce some bass-bin inspired remixes of tracks off of the original double-SAMA nominated debut album ‘Look Mom No Hands’ (also in online stores).

The aforementioned knees of the bee are:

Fletcher (co-founder of African Dope)
Liver (electronic entrepreneur)
Hyphen & SFR (at the heart and soul of local Drum n Bass and Dubstep)
Bioscope (Twelv and Richard the Third, a brotherly team of electronic experimenters)

Track 1 - Full Ahead (Fletcher’s Ragga Remix)
Track 2 - Outta Town (Hyphen & SFR’s Dubstep Remix)
Track 3 - Shall We Swing (Liver’s Electro Remix)
Track 4 - Sik Wid It (Bioscope’s Glitch/Dubstep Remix)

You can get ‘Look Mom No Hands Remixes Volume 1’ alone for R40 (aka 40 bones), or the remixes together with the SAMA nominated goodness ‘Look Mom No Hands’ for a discounted R130 (Excluding Postage). All of this available from our nifty online Dope Shop or from your own favourite online shop spot.

Enjoy!
