When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. Refunds/Returns Policy
Should your order be damaged or broken, or should you receive an incorrect product then you must notify the shop by email within 24 hours of receipt of your in order to be liable for a replacement. Upon receiving notification, the shop will validate your claim. Upon receipt of validation from the shop, re-package the order and return to the shop by registered post along with a receipt for the postage costs. Upon receipt of your returned order, the shop will refund you for the postage costs incurred and send you a replacement. The shop will not be liable for any returns that are lost in the post.
The shop does not give refunds based on taste!!! Audio clips are available for all of our products please make use of them before purchasing as refunds are only given for damaged or incorrectly delivered goods.
Please ensure that all of your delivery details are entered correctly. The shop will not refund you for orders sent to the wrong address, if that address was provided by you. Back
